Job summary

Vallourec is seeking an experienced HSSE Advisor to lead Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental programs at the Youngstown facility. You will ensure compliance with company standards and ISO requirements, drive a proactive safety culture, and align HSSE initiatives with Vallourec's 2030 strategy.

You will serve as the primary HSSE representative for one or more Youngstown units, maintain records, conduct investigations, and report KPIs to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science required; HSSE-related discipline preferred.
• 5–10 years of HSSE experience, preferably in manufacturing or oil field services.
• Experience with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and OHSAS 18001 standards, including integrated management systems and audit processes.
• OSHA 30-Hour General Industry Training preferred; CSP or equivalent credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSSE programs and ensure compliance with company standards and ISO requirements.
• Act as HSSE representative for Vallourec's Youngstown units.
• Maintain HSSE records in compliance with regulations and management system.
• Lead investigations of HSSE incidents and advise leadership on regulations and best practices.
• Deliver HSSE metrics to local and corporate stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
