Job summary

One Federal Solution seeks a HSPD-12 Site Lead to support a government ICAM program, overseeing nationwide credentialing operations and contract performance. You will assist the Program Manager with reporting, workforce management, and customer support, coordinating with COR and Government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; four years of related experience may substitute.
• PMP certification is required.
• 7+ years of program or operations management experience preferred.
• Experience with geographically dispersed teams and multi-site operations.
• Knowledge of HSPD-12 directives, PIV, FIPS 201, PKI, and FICAM principles.
• Experience supporting credential issuance and maintenance operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Access, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide program oversight and coordination for nationwide credentialing operations.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage project and task-level activities.
• Prepare schedules, costs, risks, and mitigation strategies for leadership.
• Support ICAM and HSPD-12 program management activities.
• Coordinate with COR and Government stakeholders; prepare action trackers.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and provide expenditure reporting.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc status reports.
• Maintain Quality Control Plans and risk mitigation tracking.
• Support transition planning and knowledge transfer as required.
