Job summary

ISN Corporation is seeking an experienced Deputy Program Manager to support the Program Manager in a federal credential issuance and maintenance program aligned with HSPD-12 requirements. The DPM will oversee operations, workforce management, quality assurance, and contract performance across multiple locations.

The role requires coordinating credentialing activities, ensuring adherence to NIST guidance, and training credentialing staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee credential issuance and maintenance operations.
• Act as Acting Program Manager when needed and coordinate with ICAM COR.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, performance standards, and security policies.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and training of credentialing staff.
• Prepare daily/weekly status reports and maintain project documentation.
