Job summary

EY Government and Infrastructure Digital practice is seeking a Government and Infrastructure - HSPD and Enrollment Specialist in McLean to support credential issuance and PIV operations. The role includes managing consumables, inventory, and adherence to HSPD-12 directives, while assisting with end-user support and documentation.

Ideal candidates bring security experience, TS SCI clearance, knowledge of enrollment/issuance models, and strong Microsoft Office skills to enable efficient credential

Qualifications

• Active TS SCI clearance required.
• Understanding of enrollment and issuance models.
• Knowledge of HSPD-12, FIPS 201-2, and NIST SP-800-79-2, etc.
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide first tier troubleshooting and ticketing records.
• Escalate issues to second-tier support.
• Support credential issuance activities including document storage and biometric data validation.
• Manage HSPD-12 PIV processes and ROS tracking.
• Maintain PACS knowledge and access class assignments.
• Generate access reports from door readers and time data.
• Enroll credentials via web portals and assign access classes.
• Troubleshoot PIV credential failures and perform security actions.
• Create and brief statistical reports for leadership.
