Mondelez is seeking a senior Health, Safety & Environmental leader for its U.S. food manufacturing plant. You will drive a zero-incident culture, oversee HSE programs, and support change management across projects. Strong emphasis on safety excellence and regulatory compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in health or safety.
• Experience in food manufacturing EHS.
• OSHA/EPA/DNREC training completed.
• Knowledge of ISO and regulatory reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist and lead the cultural transformation toward zero incidents.
• Coordinate and oversee implementation of Health & Safety programs.
• Participate in investigations to close non-conformances.
• Provide Health and Safety expertise for new projects and change management.
• Follow up on non-conformances and implement root-cause fixes.
