Henpen Corporation in Jerome, Idaho, is seeking an Environmental - Safety Supervisor with food manufacturing experience to lead HSE initiatives and drive a zero-incident culture, influencing plant leadership and delivering measurable safety improvements.

You will coordinate EHS programs, ensure OSHA, EPA and ISO compliance, conduct incident investigations, root-cause analyses, and develop corrective actions with operations teams.

Qualifications

• Food manufacturing experience required.
• 2–8+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ISO and environmental compliance.
• Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication and influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote a culture focused on Zero Incidents and engagement.
• Coordinate and oversee Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, ISO and applicable regulations.
• Conduct hazard assessments, investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring safety issues.
• Support capital projects with EHS expertise and regulatory reporting.
• Partner with plant leadership to improve safety, reduce waste, and environmental sustainability.
• Coach leaders and employees on safety best practices and continuous improvement.
