Nordex Group is seeking a Training Manager, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) in the United States. You will create, execute, and oversee HSE training programs to strengthen safety performance and operational capability across projects and operations.

You will design curricula aligned with regulatory and client requirements, deliver onboarding, technical, and leadership training, and lead a team to ensure practical, measurable improvements in safety culture and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of HSE experience, with at least 3 years in training.
• Experience with GWO/IADC training programs preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent.
• Experience designing and delivering training that reinforces safety culture.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage enterprise HSE training programs and matrices.
• Design instructor-led and blended curricula and assessments.
• Lead safety meetings and regulatory compliance training (OSHA, ANSI, NFPA, etc.).
• Maintain training records and ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.
• Monitor training effectiveness and oversee continuous improvement initiatives.
