Job summary

Ultipro is seeking an HSE Technician to oversee health, safety, and environmental duties across facilities. You will ensure new personnel complete documented HS&E training before working on the production floor, and support compliance with OSHA, EPA, and ISO requirements.

The role includes conducting monthly HS&E meetings, maintaining safety equipment, managing training records, and assisting with risk assessments and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations/standards.
• High School diploma or better.

Responsibilities

• Ensure new personnel receive documented HS&E training before working on the production floor.
• Perform and/or assist required HS&E training for all personnel in accordance with OSHA/EPA requirements.
• Conduct monthly HS&E training meetings to discuss topics approved by the HSE Manager.
• Inspect and maintain HS&E equipment (fire extinguishers, eyewash stations, first aid kits, AEDs, spill kits).
• Manage and track employees' HSE training and certifications to ensure compliance.
