Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Environmental Science, or related field.
• CSP or CHST certification preferred.
• ISO 45001 Internal Auditor preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in HSE or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex audits and regulatory inspections.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Advise and lead employees on various safety-related topics.
• Develop and implement HSE programs and policies.
• Serve as subject matter expert on safety and environmental issues.
• Mentor and train level I and level II technicians.
• Analyze trends and recommend proactive safety improvements.
• Develop and deliver safety training sessions.
• Monitor compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company standards.
• Maintain and analyze safety performance metrics.
• Support emergency response planning and drills.
• Conduct risk assessments for both new and existing tasks and equipment.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Environmental Science, or related field

Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) preferred

ISO 45001 Internal Auditor (preferred)

2-5 years of experience in HSE or related field
