Job summary

Kelvion in Oklahoma is seeking an HSE Technician to support the implementation and maintenance of health, safety, and environmental programs at our manufacturing site. You will help conduct inspections, maintain records, and assist with incident reporting under supervision.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree in HSE, OSHA 10-Hour, First Aid/CPR, and 0–2 years of related experience. Proficiency in MS Office and safety management systems is preferred, with strong communication and teamwork

Job description

Supports basic health, safety, and environmental compliance activities under close supervision. The HSE Technician is responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of HSE policies and programs, conducting regular audits, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations across our manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Assist with daily safety inspections and audits.
  • Maintain and organize safety documentation and records.
  • Support incident reporting and investigation processes.
  • Participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks.
  • Help distribute PPE and ensure proper usage.
  • Conduct basic hazard identification and risk assessments.

Education and Experience (Required Levels)
  • Minimum associate degree or equivalent certification(s) in health, safety and environmental related field.
  • OSHA 10-Hour (General Industry or Construction).
  • First Aid/CPR.
  • 0–2 years of experience in safety, environmental, or industrial roles.
  • Internship or field exposure in HSE is a plus.
