This is a boots-on-the-ground role where you’ll be a visible presence on the shop floor—coaching, advising, and driving a culture of safety and environmental responsibility. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and safely, while making a real impact on the well-being of our team and the environment.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Monitor daily operations to ensure HSE procedures are followed.
Coach and support supervisors in applying HSE best practices.
Represent the HSE function in Tier 2 meetings.
Conduct audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
Support incident investigations and corrective action planning.
Collect environmental samples (air, water, waste) for compliance.
Promote safety awareness through training and engagement activities.
Help drive continuous improvement in HSE systems and culture.
Your Background
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with HSE responsibilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in problem-solving and decision-making.
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and behavior-based safety programs (preferred).
Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards is a plus.
