Overview

This position is a stepping stone to the Help Desk Analyst role, providing foundational IT Help Desk skills in a fast-paced environment. It involves handling inbound calls to deliver technical support. Attendance during the 1-month training is mandatory, with no absences allowed.

Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support for an Internet Service Provider in a 24x7 environment.
  • Respond to support calls, chats, and emails professionally.
  • Manage 50-75 tickets per shift.
  • Support over 50 client accounts and navigate their systems.
  • Diagnose issues with voice, data, video, and connectivity.
  • Document interactions in ticketing systems.
  • Assist with other support representatives as needed.
Requirements
  • Google IT Professional certification or studying for CompTIA certifications.
  • Must reside within 90 miles of Raleigh, NC; Cedar Rapids, IA; or Huntsville, AL.
  • Reliable internet connection, preferably hardwired.
Details
  • Start date: July 7, orientation the week of June 30.
  • Work schedule: 8-hour shifts with options for early, middle, or late 2nd shift, including weekends.
  • Remote work environment with necessary home setup.
  • Salary: $15.00 - $15.50/hr with bonuses and benefits.
