Job summary

ProPetro Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced HSE Management System Coordinator to administer, maintain, and improve the company’s HSE management system across operations in Midland, TX.

You will oversee document control, regulatory compliance initiatives, contractor qualification programs, and serve as a liaison between HSE leadership and Supply Chain to standardize HSE requirements company-wide. This role requires strong written and verbal communication, proficiency with Microsoft 365, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in oil & gas HSE roles.
• Working knowledge of HSE management systems, document control principles, compliance auditing processes, corrective action management, and contractor qualification programs.
• English speaker required; English-Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, maintain, and coordinate revisions to HSE policies, procedures, standards, and documentation.
• Administer document control and records management processes to ensure version control and retention.
• Coordinate contractor qualification and compliance programs between HSE leadership, Supply Chain, and operations.
• Support training, audits, ISNetworld administration, and compliance verification.
