ProPetro is seeking an HSE Management System Coordinator to oversee administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s HSE management system. You will coordinate document control, regulatory compliance initiatives, and contractor qualification programs across HSE, Supply Chain, and operations.

The role requires 5+ years in oil & gas HSE roles, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in oil and gas HSE roles.
• Working knowledge of HSE management systems, document control, compliance auditing, corrective actions, and contractor qualification programs.
• Experience developing, revising, and maintaining technical procedures and controlled documentation.
• Must be an English speaker; bilingual English-Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review and coordinate revisions to HSE policies, procedures, standards, and management system documentation.
• Develop, revise, and distribute HSE procedures and supporting docs.
• Administer document control and records management to ensure versioning and approvals.
• Coordinate cross-functional compliance and contractor qualification initiatives between HSE, Supply Chain, and operations.
• Provide guidance on regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements during implementation of new HSE processes.
• Maintain training and certifications as directed by HSE management.
• Support contractor qualification and compliance processes including audits and ISNetworld administration.
• Analyze contractor performance metrics and track corrective actions.
• Coordinate prequalification documentation, renewal tracking, and compliance status for contractors.
• Attend required HSE training and ensure PPE usage.
