Job summary

ProPetro Services, Inc. is seeking an HSE Lead to perform incident investigations, mentor HSE Representatives, and coordinate with HSE leadership across multiple basins. The role emphasizes strong leadership, policy development, and regulatory compliance.

The candidate will respond to incidents, analyze safety indicators, provide training, and drive continuous safety improvements while traveling as needed and maintaining a high standard of professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in the HSE Representative role, required.
• English speaker, required (Spanish bilingual preferred).
• Willing to travel across Permian and Delaware Basins.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-evaluation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and able to learn other software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents and initiate investigations as directed by HSE leadership.
• Serve as liaison between HSE Representatives and HSE Operations leadership.
• Mentor, train, and evaluate performance of HSE Representatives.
• Develop and update safety policies and procedures with leadership.
• Perform routine inspections and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations.
• Lead site safety meetings and incident analyses.
