Job summary

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH seeks a Health, Safety & Environmental intern to contribute to site, regional, or HQ projects under the HSE agenda. You’ll work on actionable plans to improve safety, drive environmental initiatives, and reduce incidents.

The role offers exposure to regulatory interfaces (DOT, local regulators) and hands-on project work across multiple locations, with relocation flexibility encouraged for advancement.

Qualifications

• This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related major and internship eligibility.
• GPA of 2.75 or higher is required for consideration.
• Candidate must have indefinite right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing the location's annual HSE plan.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies as needed (DOT, state/local).
• Develop and implement strategies to prevent injuries and environmental incidents.
• Assist in driver safety using Defensive Driving techniques.
• Perform root cause analyses to support corrective actions.
