Job summary

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is seeking a motivated student for a 10-week internship in the Supply Chain Quality and Food Safety organization. You will analyze quality metrics, support audits, and participate in improvement projects while gaining exposure to cross-functional teams and leadership.

The program offers hands-on experience and opportunities to convert interns to full-time roles with a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in one of the specified science/engineering fields with hard GPA expectations.
• Proven leadership of people or projects during studies or campus activities.
• Experience in an operations environment through work, clubs, or internships.
• Ability to navigate unstructured settings and make quick tradeoffs.
• Strong goal orientation in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation and team-building skills.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and relocate if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing and developing quality and food-safety metrics and processes.
• Present findings to team members and management as required.
• Support and execute components across quality and food-safety programs including audits and cost analyses.
• Lead analysis or improvement projects related to Quality and Food Safety.
• Handle large projects independently with strong time management.
• Contribute to audit program reviews, sanitation and testing enhancements.
• Gain exposure to manufacturing and corporate quality interfaces.
