Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Health, Safety & Environmental intern to support the execution of location HSE plans and regulatory interfaces. You will help develop and manage strategies to prevent injuries, environmental incidents, and vehicle accidents while learning through real-world projects across locations.

You will collaborate with teams, gain exposure to regulatory bodies, and build foundational skills in risk assessment, root cause analysis, and safety program facilitation within a major

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in Occupational Health & Safety or Industrial Safety (or related)
GPA of 2.75 or higher required
Must have indefinite right to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Support execution and tracking of a location’s HSE plan
Interface with regulators as needed
Develop and manage strategies to prevent injuries and environmental incidents
Establish driver capability using Defensive Driving techniques
Perform risk assessments and implement corrective actions
Conduct root cause analyses and drive corrective actions
