Job summary

Nordex USA Manufacturing, LLC is seeking an HSE Specialist to implement health, safety, environmental programs at a designated site. You will work with Production, Engineering, Quality to improve HSE performance and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role includes leading safety training, incident investigations, audits, and coordination with management to maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards. Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical degree or HSE related qualification preferred.
• OSHA 30 or equivalent certification preferred.
• 2+ years HSE experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local HSE regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor health, safety, environmental programs for a specific site.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and occupational health & safety requirements.
• Deliver HSE training programs to employees and monitor implementation of actions.
• Conduct regular safety and environmental audits and assist with incident investigations.
• Support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 aligned programs and drive continuous improvement.
