Hitachi Energy in the United States seeks an HSE Specialist to advance workplace health, safety, and environmental stewardship within our manufacturing environment. You will drive initiatives to strengthen safety culture and prevent serious incidents.
You will lead risk assessments, conduct audits, and coach operations teams while aligning operations with ISO 45001 and Hitachi Energy's high standards. If you are passionate about protecting people and sustainable practices, bring your expertise
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of HSE experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working within cross-functional or matrixed organizations.
Responsabilidades
- Lead risk assessments with a focus on serious incident prevention.
- Lead incident investigations and drive corrective actions.
- Develop and improve HSE management systems and culture.
- Audit, inspect, and report on safety performance.
- Coach operations teams and support facility expansion projects.
