You will lead the development and implementation of HSE programs, drive risk reduction, and collaborate with engineering, operations and leadership to embed safety in daily work.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HSE experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Professional certification (NEBOSH, CSP, CIH, or equivalent) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement and enhance HSE policies, procedures, and management systems.
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and incident investigations.
• Manage and deliver HSE training to foster a strong safety culture.
• Oversee reports, permits, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead emergency response planning, drills, and training activities.
• Perform internal and external HSE audits and inspections.
• Partner across departments to integrate HSE priorities into daily operations.
• Stay current on HSE legislation, best practices, and emerging technologies.
