Hitachi Energy is seeking an HSE Manager to champion safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance across our manufacturing operations in the United States. You will lead the development and implementation of HSE programs, drive risk reduction, and collaborate with engineering, operations and leadership to embed safety in daily work.

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HSE experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Professional certification (NEBOSH, CSP, CIH, or equivalent) preferred.

• Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and incident investigations.
• Manage and deliver HSE training to foster a strong safety culture.

• Perform internal and external HSE audits and inspections.

Your Background

• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards (OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Proven ability to develop and implement HSE management systems.
