What You’ll Do
Coordinate and manage environmental programs including hazardous waste, fertilizer registrations, water/air permits and pollution prevention plans.
Support regulatory compliance efforts for OSHA, EPA, DOT, TSCA and local agencies.
Conduct HSE assessments across our network and assist in corrective action planning.
Lead key programs such as medical monitoring, SDS management and emergency response planning.
Facilitate onboarding safety orientation for corporate employees and Product Innovation Center staff.
Assist in training development and incident investigations, and represent HSE topics in Central Regulatory Group meetings.
Maintain and enhance site-specific plans (ERP, SPCC, SWPPP, Site Security, RMP).
Analyze new regulatory changes and develop strategies for implementation.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field.
5-10 years of HSE program experience, with a focus on environmental compliance.
Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT and NFPA standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – comfortable presenting to and engaging with stakeholders across the organization.
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently while contributing to team goals.
Ability to work onsite at our Phoenix corporate office with occasional travel.
Willingness to travel up to 20%, which may occasionally include longer days while supporting plant operations.
Must be able to become full-face respirator certified.
Availability to work a primarily Monday-Friday schedule, with flexibility to adjust hours during site visits or urgent needs.

Able to climb ladders, walk for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Frequently performs standing, walking, stooping and kneeling.
Must be able to effectively hear and communicate in various plant environments.
