Astro Pak is seeking an experienced EHS&R Manager to drive health, safety, and environmental initiatives across its operations. This role involves leading compliance efforts, implementing safety policies, and promoting a culture of safety while managing workplace incidents and environmental permits. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in EHS within regulated industries and skill in effective communication and team leadership.
Astro Pak is the nation's leading precision cleaning and passivation contractor specializing in on-site cleaning of high purity gas and fluid systems, as well as precision cleaning of components and hardware at the company’s Cleanroom facilities. Astro Pak provides services to over 15 sectors including: Data Centers, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, Semiconductor, and other selected Industrial markets. The company, founded in 1959, has performed on-site precision chemical cleaning in every State of the Union as well as several projects in Asia, continental Europe, England, Ireland and Mexico.
We are looking for an experienced EHS&R Manager to join our EHS&R team. As our EHS&R Manager, you’ll lead and innovate Astro Pak’s Environmental, Health & Safety programs across our facilities and field service operations. You'll drive compliance, improve safety culture, and reduce risks—while empowering teams with behavior-based programs that keep people safe.
The EHS&R Manager will report to our Vice President of EHSR & Field Quality & will work remotely with up to 50% travel. As it supports our East Coast Operations, this role will be required to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
