Job summary

EFC GASES & ADVANCED MATERIALS in Hatfield, PA, seeks an experienced Site Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager to lead the HSE program, drive a proactive safety culture, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. This role reports to site leadership and collaborates across production, warehouse, maintenance, and laboratories.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree preferred and 5+ years in HSE within manufacturing or hazardous materials environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve the HSE programs at the Hatfield site.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, PADEP and local regulations.
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Coach and engage leadership and employees on safe work practices.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and permits.
