Job summary

Sysco is seeking a senior HSE leader to drive prevention-focused health, safety and environmental strategies across OpCo operations. You will lead the implementation, audits, training, and incident investigations to support corporate HSE and security objectives.

The role requires collaboration with operational management, strong analytical abilities, and a track record of delivering measurable safety improvements. Travel to Sysco sites may be required as part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certifications with equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of HSE strategy in alignment with corporate goals.
• Design and implement HSE plans to reduce injuries and incidents.
• Communicate HSE strategy to Senior Leadership and drive accountability.
• Support site leadership in implementing HSE plans and training programs.
• Lead audits to identify gaps and ensure regulatory compliance.
