The role involves field inspections, incident reporting, toolbox talks, and collaboration with project leadership to drive safe execution on extended shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing HSE programs on industrial EPC construction sites.
• Knowledge of OSHA and MSHA standards applicable to construction.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily field activities for HSE compliance and safety requirements.
• Perform safety inspections, audits, and behavioral observations.
• Promote a proactive safety culture across all project activities.
• Verify compliance with fall protection, rigging, confined spaces, and high-risk tasks.
• Maintain incident reports, logs, and safety records.
• Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Update contractor compliance platforms such as ISNetworld.
• Lead toolbox talks and support HSE training initiatives.
• Communicate daily with project leadership on safety performance.
• Identify risks and propose continuous improvement measures.

The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with OSHA, MSHA, and client safety standards, conducting field inspections, maintaining regulatory documentation, and supporting safe project execution in a dynamic construction environment operating extended shifts.
