Airswift is looking for ESH Manager to support one of our clients in Mansfield, TX.

Job Summary

The Regional EHS Manager works with and advises project leadership and field personnel to ensure implementation of the company's Incident Free Workplace Culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and ensure compliance with EHS policies and procedures.
  • Manage safety personnel and support regional EHS initiatives.
  • Identify and coordinate required safety training programs.
  • Implement company best practices and safety standards.
  • Advise management on EHS matters and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Support business development efforts through safety prequalification packages and client presentations.
  • Assist with project startup activities.
  • Design and implement safety programs to prevent unsafe conditions.
  • Support project management teams in executing EHS policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate safety training programs.
  • Promote and maintain an Incident Free Workplace culture.
  • Coordinate with client safety organizations.
  • Develop project-specific safety plans and specifications.
  • Ensure project risk assessments and hazard analyses are completed.
  • Conduct EHS audits to evaluate compliance and safety culture effectiveness.
  • Track and report project safety KPIs.
  • Manage EHS documentation and records.
  • Support design safety activities as required.
Required Skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as ACC, DMCS, Avetta, ISN, Veriforce, and Highwire.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related applied science field preferred.
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
  • Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)
  • Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM)
  • Professional Engineer (PE)
  • Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST)
  • Safety Trained Supervisor Construction (STSC)
  • 10+ years of EHS construction management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting ATF, DTC, or BLS project scopes.
Work Environment

Primarily field-based construction environment. Exposure to noise, weather conditions, electrical hazards, and potentially hazardous equipment. Travel to project sites may be required.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to walk active construction sites regularly.
  • Ability to sit, stand, climb ladders, and navigate project environments.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision required.
Experience Level

Senior-level EHS leadership professional with extensive construction safety experience, ideally within large-scale industrial, advanced technology, or mission-critical projects.
