Job summary

EOSOL Group is seeking two HSE / Safety Technicians to support a large-scale industrial EPC construction project in Texas. You will promote a strong safety culture, ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, and client safety standards, conduct field inspections, maintain regulatory documentation, and support safe project execution in a dynamic construction environment operating extended shifts.

The role requires a degree or technical diploma in safety-related fields and at least 5 years of HSE

Qualifications

  • Degree or technical diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Safety, Environmental Engineering, or engineering-related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in industrial/EPC construction.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish (mandatory).
  • Current MSHA 24-Hour Certification and safety trainings in Rigging, Fall Protection, Competent Person.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor field activities for HSE regulatory compliance on site.
  • Conduct safety inspections, audits, and observations.
  • Promote proactive safety culture across project activities.
  • Verify compliance with fall protection, rigging, confined space, and high-risk work procedures.
  • Maintain incident reports, logs, and safety records.
  • Participate in incident investigations and drive corrective actions.
  • Coordinate ISNetworld contractor compliance updates.
  • Lead toolbox talks and HSE training initiatives.
  • Communicate safety performance with project leadership daily.
  • Identify risks and recommend continuous improvement actions.

Position Overview

EOSOL Group is seeking two HSE / Safety Technicians to support a large-scale industrial EPC construction project in Texas.

The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with OSHA, MSHA, and client safety standards, conducting field inspections, maintaining regulatory documentation, and supporting safe project execution in a dynamic construction environment operating extended shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily field activities to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and project safety requirements.
  • Conduct safety inspections, audits, and behavioral observations.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture across all project activities.
  • Verify compliance with fall protection, rigging, confined space, and high-risk work procedures.
  • Maintain incident reports, compliance logs, and mandatory safety records.
  • Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
  • Update and maintain contractor compliance platforms such as ISNetworld.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and support HSE training initiatives.
  • Communicate daily with project leadership regarding safety performance.
  • Identify risks and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:

Education

  • Degree or Technical Diploma in:
  • Occupational Health & Safety
  • Industrial Safety
  • Environmental Engineering
  • Engineering or related field
Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of HSE experience.
  • Experience supporting Industrial or EPC construction projects.
  • Experience working in high-risk construction environments.
Required Certifications

  • Current MSHA 24-Hour Certification (mandatory).
  • Training in:
  • Rigging
  • Fall Protection
  • Competent Person
Requirements

  • Bilingual English & Spanish (mandatory).
  • Must currently reside in Texas.
  • Availability to work days, nights, weekends, overtime, and rotating schedules as required.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, and construction safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
