Job summary

You will build relationships with customers and field teams, coordinate toolbox talks, review risk assessments, and assist with onboarding and training.

• Serve as liaison between ProLift and customers on HSE&T matters, supporting clear communication of company expectations, customer requirements, jobsite conditions, and corrective actions.
• Provide field-level Health, Safety, Environmental, and Training support to assigned branches, projects, and jobsites.
• Support implementation of the Company's HSE programs, policies, processes, procedures, customer requirements, and project-specific controls.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits, field observations, inspections, and audits in accordance with Company policy and assigned coverage plans.
