ProLift Rigging Co is seeking an HSE&T Representative to support field safety, health, environment and training across branches and job sites. The role emphasizes proactive hazard identification, risk assessment, and collaboration with operations to maintain a safe work culture.

You will participate in safety meetings, review critical risk documents, and help implement company HSE programs in line with our mission and core values. This position requires travel to branches and sites as needed.

Formación

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• OSHA 10/30 or similar credentials preferred.
• Strong communication and field coaching abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, field teams and leadership.
• Serve as liaison on HSE&T matters, communicating expectations and requirements.
• Support branch safety initiatives and continuous improvement aligned with mission and values.
• Provide field-level HSE&T support to branches, projects, and jobsites.
• Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and audits per policy.
• Participate in pre-task planning, toolbox talks, and kickoff activities.
• Review WRA's, lift plans, permits, inspections; report gaps and risks.
• Observe hazards and unsafe behaviors; communicate with supervision.
