Job summary

Fluor Corporation is seeking an on-site Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) professional to oversee compliance and documentation on our projects. You will follow health, safety, and environmental requirements, perform cleanup and material handling tasks, and support site disciplines with HSE issues while maintaining clear communication with the client and Site Manager.

You will review and issue permits, ensure filing accuracy, and conduct audits and inspections on a monthly, quarterly, and annual

Qualifications

• Follow health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Understand and carry out oral instructions.
• Read and carry out written instructions to perform work tasks.
• Work at varying heights.
• Operate equipment and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow all health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Perform cleanup duties.
• Perform material handling and storage duties.
• Reviews and issues hot work, confined space, roof, crane, and laser permits.
• Ensures accurate and proper filing of documentation before and after permit issuance.
• Keeps Site Manager and Site HSE Lead informed on HSE program issues.
• Supports all site disciplines with HSE issues and concerns.
• Coordinates effective communications between Fluor and client.
• Conducts surveys, audits, inspections, and investigations monthly, quarterly, and annually.
