Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Safety Management, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of HSE experience preferred in manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Experience with OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and ISO 14001/45001 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HSE resource for facility leadership, guiding health, safety and environmental matters.
• Identify workplace hazards, conduct risk assessments, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop, maintain and improve HSE policies, procedures, and safety plans.
• Monitor HSE performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across facilities.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
• Coordinate and deliver HSE training programs for employees and leadership.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including OSHA rules.
• Travel between Youngstown, OH and Bridgeport, WV for business needs.
