Job summary

TechPro Power Group Inc. is seeking an Area HSE Coordinator to support health, safety, and environmental programs across multiple field sites in Ohio. The role emphasizes field presence, coaching, hazard identification, and rapid risk mitigation to protect employees and meet regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in HSE roles, OSHA knowledge, and relevant certifications. Occasional travel is required; a strong safety culture and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in health, safety, and environmental roles, field-based preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations.
• Certifications such as OSHA 30, BCSP STS/CHST/OHST preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence at all levels.
• Valid driver’s license required; ability to drive as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HSE contact across locations or region.
• Coach technicians and site leadership on safe work practices and hazard awareness.
• Conduct safety walkthroughs, risk assessments, and JHAs; ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead toolbox talks and field-based training; promote safety culture.
• Track incidents and implement corrective actions; support continuous improvement.

Education

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
