Job summary

Tejas Production Services LLC is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to own and maintain our established HSE program at the Victoria, TX facility. This hands-on role ensures compliance, safety for all employees, and continuous improvement across operations.

The successful candidate will lead site-level safety initiatives, coordinate with manufacturing, quality, field service and leadership, and drive regulatory adherence in a heavy industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HSE experience in oil and gas, manufacturing, or heavy industrial fabrication.
• 2+ years owning or leading a site-level safety program with OSHA recordkeeping/compliance.
• Hands-on experience administering ISNetworld and Veriforce.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards, DOT/FMCSA, incident investigation, and Hierarchy of Controls.
• Familiarity with ASME shop environments and pressure vessel fabrication.
• Experience overseeing preventive maintenance and inspections for manufacturing equipment and fleets.
• Strong communication with shop floor personnel, supervisors, and leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based compliance/tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the established HSE program, keep policies current, ensure regulatory compliance, and keep people safe.
• Work at the Victoria manufacturing facility, report to the COO, and collaborate with manufacturing, quality, field service, and leadership across the company.
