Job summary

Valeo is actively seeking an HSE Professional for our McAllen site. The role focuses on identifying and implementing Health, Safety, and Environment requirements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

You will perform risk analyses, audits, and drive corrective actions to maintain a safe, compliant workplace. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field and 3+ years in safety/environmental roles, with OSHA knowledge and industry training.

Qualifications

• Experience with OSHA workplace requirements and general industry standards knowledge.
• Knowledge of OSHA injury reporting and OSHA industry training.
• Automotive manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, establish and implement HSE requirements for Valeo site.
• Carry out risk analyses and monitor regulatory surveys.
• Establish and oversee site Health, Safety, Security and Environment procedures and oversee their application.
• Perform inspections, internal audits and implement corrective actions.
