Job summary
NPAworldwide seeks an HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental performance on a utility-scale solar and BESS construction project in Alamogordo, New Mexico. The HSE Manager reports to the HSE Regional Manager and directs safety for employees and subcontractors while minimizing environmental impact.

Qualifications
- Pathway options: 5+ years HSE in construction with degree or CSP/CIH/CHST.
- Pathway 2: 7+ years direct HSE experience in construction on similar projects.
- US work experience required; on-site Alamogordo, NM rotation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the site HSE Plan and Emergency Plan.
- Evaluate risks, define prevention measures, and prepare special-risk work plans.
- Deliver safety training and orientation for employees and subcontractors.
- Oversee HSE audits and inspections; track non-conformities and corrective actions.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis; implement action plans.
- Interpret OSHA regulations; represent HSE at customer meetings.
