Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Ohio seeks an HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental programs at a plastics manufacturing facility. Lead strategies to ensure OSHA/EPA compliance and drive a culture of safety and sustainability.

The role partners with site leadership to manage audits, incident investigations, and environmental reporting, coordinating monthly, quarterly, and annual data submissions while maintaining documentation and tracking KPIs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of experience in HSE, environmental compliance, or manufacturing safety.
• Experience with EPA reporting, air permits, water compliance (NPDES), and sustainability reporting tools (e.g., Metrio) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead health, safety, and environmental programs across the facility.
• Ensure OSHA and EPA compliance and reporting.
• Oversee inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Maintain environmental reporting systems and documentation.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reporting.
