Job summary

Hydro Extrusions in North America seeks an experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager to design and drive safety programs across the plant. You will partner with the Plant Manager to meet safety KPIs and ensure compliance.

You will lead risk assessments, conduct training, and maintain documentation, incident reporting, and environmental records. Strong knowledge of ISO 18001/14001 and OSHA requirements is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety Management or related field.
• 5+ years in HSE in industrial environments.
• ISO 18001/14001 knowledge and OSHA compliance.
• Experience with incident investigations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement plant-wide safety programs and policies.
• Lead accident investigations and prepare incident reports.
• Maintain environmental records and permit compliance.
• Keep incident management systems and safety logs up to date.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety training programs.
