The role partners with managers to maintain a safe work environment and promote safe work practices onsite. The ideal candidate will oversee incident management, risk assessment, and learning programs, while tracking HSE performance against KPIs and supporting budgeting for the function.

Formación

• Bachelor's or associate degree in health and safety or related discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HSE culture and compliance across the site.
• Strengthen HSE capability and risk management with processes and controls.
• Drive incident management and continuous improvement through investigations and lessons learned.
• Monitor performance, report KPIs, and manage function budget and resources.
