Job summary

Nemak is seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager for its Dickson, TN or Glasgow, KY operations. You will develop and implement plant safety programs, review policies, and conduct risk assessments to prevent incidents.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety Management, Environmental Science, or related field, plus 5+ years of HSE leadership. Strong knowledge of manufacturing practices, regulatory requirements, and ISO management systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, safety or environmental disciplines.
• Experience managing HSE programs.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop safety management policies and programs across the plant.
• Coordinate ongoing HSE training for all employees.
• Investigate workplace incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly HSE reports for senior management.
