Job summary

Nemak seeks an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager for its Kentucky plant. You will develop and implement safety programs, review policies, and lead risk assessments to safeguard workers and operations.

You will coordinate training, investigate incidents, and prepare monthly reports for senior leadership, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of HSE leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Occupational Health, Safety Management, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of manager-level HSE experience.
• Advanced knowledge of manufacturing practices, regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Developing Safety Management Policies and defining safety responsibilities for all employees.
• Coordinating training programs to maintain awareness and preparedness.
• Investigating workplace incidents and identifying causes with preventive actions.
• Preparing monthly safety reports for senior administrators.
