Job summary

Enfinity Global is seeking an experienced renewable energy Asset Manager/O&M Manager to oversee the profit and loss of assigned assets and ensure key performance metrics are met. The role reports to the Head of Asset Management- Americas and covers health, safety and environmental performance, contract management, and energy delivery.

You will manage warranties, insurance claims, performance metrics and coordination with technicians, OEMs, and service providers, while supporting commissioning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of U.S. renewable energy O&M or asset management experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding asset performance expectations.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee health, safety and environmental performance across assets.
• Manage P&L for assigned assets and ensure financial targets.
• Coordinate site providers, OEMs, and remote operations centers.
• Oversee warranties, insurance claims and vendor contracts.
• Prepare annual O&M budgets and forecasts.
