You will oversee incident investigations, regulatory reporting, training, and risk assessments, ensuring compliance and protecting employees, contractors, visitors, operations, and the brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in OHS, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of HSE management experience across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of OSHA, ISO 14001/45001, and regulatory compliance in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Lead the implementation, governance, and improvement of HSE programs across locations in the US.
• Translate federal, state, and local HSE requirements into scalable standards and procedures.
• Oversee OSHA recordkeeping, reporting, and regulatory postings and ensure timely regulatory changes.
• Perform HSE risk assessments, inspections, and internal audits across facilities and activities.
• Lead incident notification, investigation, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
