Veracity Ventures Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing & Plant Safety Manager I HSE Manager in Richmond, VA.

The role leads health, safety, and environmental programs at a manufacturing facility, reporting to Site Management and collaborating with regional HSE teams. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of HSE experience in manufacturing, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive measurable safety improvements while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, Occupational Safety, or related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
• 3–5 years of HSE experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience supporting or leading safety and environmental compliance programs.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulatory requirements.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to deliver safety training.

Responsibilities

• Lead health, safety, and environmental programs at the Richmond facility.
• Manage incident investigations, audits, contractor safety, training, environmental permits, and corrective actions.
• Build a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance across operations.
• Partner with plant leadership, employees, contractors, and cross-functional teams to reduce risks and improve environmental performance.
• Support multiple facilities as needed and travel occasionally.
