Nutreco seeks an HSE Manager to lead safety across operations in Indiana, United States. You will champion a safety-first culture, guide risk management, audits, and training while collaborating with site teams and management to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

As a leader within the business, you will drive global HSE initiatives and contribute to safe, sustainable production and a strong safety culture across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of environmental/safety experience in manufacturing operations and site HSE management.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and operational safety practices.
