Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc is seeking an HSE Manager II to support health, safety, and environmental practices across multiple project sites. The role emphasizes team leadership, plan development, hazard identification, and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with field leadership and subcontractors, and lead safety program initiatives to maintain a safe and productive work environment at project sites.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Oracle preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and manage team members.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans and assigns work for team members; monitors progress and safety programs.
• Leads injury and incident investigations; conducts analyses and shares lessons learned.
• Develops site safety plans; coordinates field training and pre-task planning.
• Ensures compliance with NFPA 70E, LOTO, and project safety plans.
• Interacts with subcontractors and field leadership to maintain safe environments.
