Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 8+ years of progressive construction safety experience
• Deep working knowledge of OSHA construction standards, DHEC/EPA environmental regulations, DOT

Responsibilities

• Own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of HSE programs, policies, and procedures
• Ensure every employee understands their safety responsibilities and is equipped to meet them
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear, practical guidance for the workforce
• Lead HSE audits across all sites and manage corrective actions
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for field crews and office staff
• Embed a culture of safety accountability from crew to executive level
• Maintain HSE metrics and report to executive leadership
