The Walsh Group - Walsh Construction & Archer Western is seeking an HSE Manager for the Dallas area Water Division to lead site safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with project leaders to implement EHS processes, perform audits, and drive proactive safety culture.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent, plus CHST certification and 5+ years in construction EHS.

Qualifications

• Requires CHST certification and a degree in safety, industrial hygiene, civil engineering, construction management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction EHS.
• Strong communication, critical thinking and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement site-specific EHS plans in cooperation with PM and management.
• Coordinate subcontractor EHS protocols and audits.
• Conduct accident investigations and incident reporting for PM review.
• Provide EHS training and lead new hire EHS orientation programs.
• Administer SPAT process and deliver weekly EHS updates to Leadership.
