• CHST Certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction EHS.

• Some travel required.
• Base pay range is $103,000-$150,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a site-specific EHS plan with project management.
• Coordinate subcontractor EHS protocols and audits.
• Conduct quarterly on-site EHS audits and regulatory reviews.
• Investigate accidents and prepare incident reports.
• Accompany injured employees to treatment and ensure EHS protocols are followed.
• Advise on Industrial Hygiene protocols and conduct environmental monitoring.
• Administer the Drug-Free Workplace Policy and testing.
• Provide training on EHS requirements and new-hire orientation.
• Administer SPAT process on assigned projects; deliver weekly EHS updates.
